Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to APIbyADS, a restricted advertising operations platform operated by J.VENANCIO PROMOCOES DE VENDAS (CNPJ 49.004.760/0001-66). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and access

Access is limited to our team and authorized business partners. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or connected accounts.

2. Account authorization

You may connect only advertising accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Connections must use the official authorization flow. You are responsible for maintaining all permissions required for us to process account data and perform requested actions.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use APIbyADS to violate law, platform policies or third-party rights; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security; distribute malware; or use account data for purposes unrelated to the authorized advertising operation.

4. Third-party platforms

APIbyADS may interoperate with third-party services, including TikTok for Business. Their availability, policies and decisions are outside our control, and your use of them remains subject to their own terms.

5. Intellectual property

APIbyADS and its original software, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as authorized.

6. Service changes and disclaimers

We may update, suspend or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular advertising results.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APIbyADS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or losses caused by third-party platforms, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke platform access at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms, security risks or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
